Piano's Wonderland

Yesterday, one parent told me that our class was so slow that she didn't see any improvement from her son.
I said: 馬麻~He have came here for only four class, how you can see his improvement.
She said: Well, your homework is always the same!!
Piano: Excuse me, what do you mean "the same?"
The Parent: After every class, you give them the same assignment. Last time, he wrote U2 and the homework this time is U2 as well.
Piano: Oh~I understand what you mean now. This class is a little slow so I don't teach them very quickly. As a result, the assignment I give is one unit of one book. (There are four book of homework.)
The Parent: See, your class is very slow so how my son stay in this class!!! I don't know how you guys tell his father, I do think he doesn't learn anything. (臉臭= =)
Piano: Hmm...we did the test in front of his father when he came here. If you think he can go to higher level, I suggest that you may take him come here personally watching him taking the test. Is that ok?

It's so lucky for me that this was not the first time for me to deal with this kind of parent who came from "Australia."
I tried to tolerate my anger to answer her questions patiently.
In my mind, I almost fight with her....= = So..........
Just before I talked to her, I saw an article from the latest 快訊 from Joy actually.
It talked about the service of service industry.
Last year, I realized that teachers in cram school are the service industry.
There was an investigation reported that the score of service industry recentlly have been lower than before.
The department store's points fell down the most; on the other side, the convenient store have improved a lot.
It mentioned that there must be a lot of complains from the customers, you can keep the customers forever if you deal with the complains well.
Never think it's troublesome thing dealing with those complains; nevertheless, we should treat them as the gift!!!
I kept remembering this when talking to that parent.
After I talked to her, her husband called me again and dicussed one more time.
Finally, we got the deal!!! It's good then.
I told myself that I should thank that parent giving me the chance to grow up and let me know how to deal with the troublesome parents.^^"
Anyways, it's a good ending for this situation.
